Lots of fun was had this Halloween with Casepak’s Social Committee organising an activity-packed lunchtime get together.
To get into the Halloween spirit, we held a pumpkin carving competition which was open to all employees and child family members of staff.
Seven adults and seven children entered the carving competition which was judged by Tracy and Corinne. Winner of the adult competition was Kristiane Johnson who took away £45 for her creative carving. Runners up were Rich Edwards who was awarded with a bottle of Prosecco and Mark Staples who went home with a case of beer.
Winner of the children’s carving category was Tyler Vear, age 6, nephew of Ally Wormleighton.
But there were no losers as everyone who took part went home with a box of chocolates (and Halloween sweets for the children).
In addition to the carving chaos, we put our team to the test with a Halloween quiz. Winner of this was Daryl Ayre who got an impressive 16 out of 16 questions correct and was rewarded with two bottles of wine.
Well done to all winners and those who took part.
